Frontline managers are often in their first leadership role and considered the least experienced managers on the chain of command, but they’re also the most important leaders in an organization. Without prioritizing these frontline managers and giving them the tools to be quality leaders, you’re likely to have high turnover rates and low satisfaction among those working under them. After all, poor management is the most likely reason for someone to leave their job.
